What to include in your message

The more detail you give us, the faster we can help. If you are reporting a wrong answer, tell us which tool you used, the exact numbers you entered, and the answer you expected. A screenshot helps too, but a short written description is usually enough. If you are suggesting a new tool, tell us what it should calculate or convert and how you would use it — real use cases help us decide what to build next.

What happens after you write to us

We read every message ourselves — there is no automated support desk and no ticket number. For a bug report, we will test the tool with the numbers you gave us, fix the problem, and reply to confirm the fix. For a tool suggestion, we will let you know whether it fits the site and roughly when it might appear. We aim to reply within a few business days. Toolsped is a small team, so thank you for your patience if a reply takes a little longer during busy weeks.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form or by email — no passwords, bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers. Our tools never ask for that kind of information, and we do not need it to help you.
